Mestyat Club™ is an Eritrean reading club. Its vision is to foster, enhance and cultivate a richer and higher appreciation of Eritrean culture, tradition, books and all fine arts.
Mestyat club™ is a non-profit gathering of members where every Eritrean is encouraged to join.
At the outset, Mestyat Club™ will start as a reading club. At a later stage, though, it will grow to include all fine arts, and other expanding visions of its members.
Note also that, as Mestyat Club™ gains strength, the artists who enrich Eritrea and its culture, will benefit from introducing their work to the public by selling books and other art materials. The aim is, while we collectively enrich Eritrean arts, we also must not encourage any ground to have starving-artists to the benefit of the public or
Mestyat Club™ members at Eritrean artists' expense. Otherwise, the very final result envisioned; i.e. encouraging Eritrean culture and art, hence Eritrean artists; will be discouraged miserably if we fostered starving artistry. In short,
Mestyat Club™ has no material ambition other than being a window of opportunity for Eritrean arts of various fields and the talents who see to it that Eritrean culture is enriched.
Currently a set of by-laws and rules of membership is drafted and appraised by members.
